1. Operator and scope
The pirate.ac service (“PirateAC”, the “Service”) is operated by:

These Terms cover use of the Service, accounts, comments, Support, technical materials and paid or supporter-only Digital Content such as applications, firmware, code, 3D models, documentation, project archives, updates and protected downloads. PirateAC does not sell physical products.
2. Using the Service and accounts
The Service requires internet access and a current browser. An active email address is required for accounts, purchases and Support. Users must protect passwords and sessions, provide accurate data required for a feature and report suspected account compromise.
Users must not bypass authentication or file protection, share an account or download link, introduce malicious code, overload the Service, infringe another person's rights or copy content at scale without a lawful basis. PirateAC may restrict an account or feature where reasonably necessary to protect users, files or the Service.
Where comments are enabled, users retain their rights and allow PirateAC to store and display the submitted content within the Service. Unlawful content, spam or third-party personal data may be removed.
3. Offers, orders and payment
Before purchase, an offer for Digital Content should state at least its contents and version, format, functionality, compatibility, required software or hardware, price and taxes, supply method and timing, access period, included updates and support, and the applicable licence.
Before placing an order, the user can correct the entered data and sees the total price. The final checkout button clearly indicates the obligation to pay. The contract is concluded as described at checkout and in the confirmation sent by email. A payment provider may apply its own terms; PirateAC receives the transaction status and reference rather than full card details.
Access may be withheld if payment is not confirmed. If fulfilment is impossible, PirateAC will notify the user and return any amount due in accordance with the law and the payment provider's process.
4. Immediate access and withdrawal
A Consumer entering a paid distance contract for Digital Content generally has 14 days to withdraw. If the Consumer wants supply to start during that period, PirateAC may request one separate, unticked statement:
☐ I want to receive the Digital Content immediately, before the end of 14 days, and acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal once supply of the Digital Content begins.
This statement is not hidden inside ordinary acceptance of these Terms. Before supply begins, PirateAC records the applicable statement and Terms versions and sends confirmation of the contract and consent on a durable medium, such as email. Unless all statutory conditions are met, accepting the Terms, receiving an account or downloading a file does not by itself remove the right of withdrawal.
If consent is not given, supply may be delayed until the withdrawal period ends or may proceed while the right remains available. Loss of the ordinary withdrawal right does not remove remedies for Digital Content that does not conform to the contract.
5. Patreon and supporter access
Patreon handles the subscription, renewal and cancellation under its own terms. The user must cancel through their Patreon membership settings; PirateAC cannot cancel the subscription on the user's behalf and does not independently process Patreon payments.
Refund requests for Patreon payments must be made through Patreon's procedures. PirateAC does not directly issue refunds of Patreon payments; the request and payment are handled technically by Patreon or the relevant payment platform. This does not limit mandatory user rights or PirateAC's responsibility for benefits promised by PirateAC.
Access on PirateAC is based on an active entitlement linked to the user's account. After cancellation, access may continue until the end of the paid period according to the status supplied by Patreon. A refund, chargeback, expired entitlement or abuse may end access and block new downloads. Linking requires login to the PirateAC account; a matching email address alone is not sufficient to take over an account.
6. Licence and downloads
Unless a file states a different licence, the user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for private use and one reasonable backup copy. Purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership of the project.
Without an express licence or written permission, users must not publish, resell, distribute or mirror a file, share an account or link, remove author notices, or use a model commercially. Open-source materials are governed by the licence included with the relevant file or repository.
Protected links and download tickets may be short-lived and revalidated. Users should retain a copy where the offer does not promise permanent hosting.
7. Conformity, updates and support
Digital Content should match its description, version, format, functionality, compatibility, instructions and agreed updates. If it does not conform, a Consumer may require that it be brought into conformity free of charge and, where the law allows, request a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.
The offer defines included updates and support. Unless stated otherwise, support covers access problems or an error in the supplied file, not custom design, installation or device repair. The Digital Returns and Complaints document explains how to report a problem.
8. DIY materials and safety
Articles, videos, diagrams, firmware, code and models are educational or documentary materials. They do not replace manufacturer instructions or an assessment by a qualified electrician, mechanic or safety professional.
Work involving batteries, high current, controllers or vehicles can cause electric shock, fire, property damage, accidents, injury or death. Users must assess compatibility, local law, device condition and their own competence. Results achieved by the author do not guarantee the same outcome in another configuration. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Intellectual property, links and availability
PirateAC materials are protected unless another owner or licence is identified. Ordinary private use, lawful quotation with attribution and sharing a link to the original page are allowed. Affiliate links, sponsorships or products supplied for review should be clearly disclosed.
YouTube, Patreon, payment providers and other external services operate under their own terms. PirateAC does not control their continued availability. The Service may experience technical interruptions; material issues affecting purchased access will be addressed within a reasonable time.
10. Contact, changes and law
Questions, complaints and infringement reports can be sent to wwwpirateac@gmail.com or through Support. A new Terms version will show its number and date. A change will not remove rights to previously purchased content or shorten a paid period without a valid basis.
Polish law applies, without depriving Consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence. Disputes are heard by the court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
