1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 calendar days from the day you received the goods.

3. Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:
Any product that was designed, modified, or re-engineered specifically to your order (custom dimensions, custom geometry, personalised prints, etc.) cannot be returned. These items are manufactured exclusively for you and cannot be resold.
Products delivered in digital form β including 3D print files (.stl, .step, etc.), firmware, software, or any programming files β are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be “returned” in a physical sense.
4. Return Conditions for Physical Products
To be eligible for a return, the physical item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, in its original condition
- Complete (all parts and accessories included)
- In its original or equivalent packaging
5. How to Return β Step by Step
- Email us at wwwpirateac@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- You’ll receive a confirmation and the return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it at your own cost (unless otherwise agreed).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer, unless:
- The product was defective or damaged due to our fault
- We shipped the wrong product
7. Warranty & Complaints
Products are covered by a 24-month statutory warranty for physical defects. If a product is defective, you are entitled to:
- Repair or replacement of the product
- A price reduction
- Withdrawal from the contract (if the defect is material)

1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service govern the use of the online shop Pirate’s Eshop available at pirate.ac/shop.
The shop sells accessories for e-scooters and e-bikes, as well as 3D printed components and digital files designed by Pirate.
2. Definitions
- Seller β the owner of pirate.ac/shop
- Buyer / Customer β a natural or legal person making a purchase
- Consumer β a natural person making a purchase unrelated to their business activity
- Physical Product β any tangible item shipped to the customer
- Digital Product β any file or software delivered electronically (3D print files, firmware, etc.)
- Custom Product β any item designed or modified specifically to the customer’s specifications
- Order β the Buyer’s declaration of intent to conclude a purchase agreement
3. Placing Orders
- Orders are accepted exclusively through the online shop.
- An order is considered placed after the Buyer completes and submits the order form.
- After placing an order, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email.
- The sales contract is concluded upon confirmation that the order has been accepted for processing.
4. Prices & Payments
- All prices are listed in Euro (β¬) and include VAT.
- The Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice (changes do not affect already placed orders).
- Available payment methods: PayPal, credit/debit card, bank transfer (subject to availability at checkout).
5. Order Fulfilment
In-stock products are shipped within 3β7 business days of payment confirmation.

All designs, patterns, and 3D models sold in the shop are the intellectual property of the Seller. Purchasing a product β whether physical or digital β does not transfer any design rights, copyrights, or licenses to reproduce the model to the Buyer.
9. Final Provisions
Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by applicable Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
Disputes shall be resolved by the competent common court. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

3. Shipping Costs

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Most shipments can be tracked on the carrier’s website or directly in the shop under My Account β Orders.

If your order hasn’t arrived after the maximum delivery time for your country, contact us and we will initiate a claim with the carrier. Resolution may take up to 30 business days.
7. Customs & Import Taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties and import taxes may be charged by the customs authority of the destination country. The Buyer is responsible for paying these fees. We have no control over their amount.
