Why Footrest ? It makes ride comfier and extends life span of steering stem and front folding mechanism . It extend lenght of the deck so we got more space which actually makes scoot feels more stable and the most important , now almost whole body weigh /force is going on foot rest. I mean by that , when you adding throttle you push steering bar towards you to stay in balance but it bends steering stem and lots of extar force is going to folding mechanism. But when you place foot on foot rest , you can much easier stay in balance cause all forces are going to foot rest.

*** Footrest V1a is compatible with Laotie ES18 / Es18 Lite , Ti30 , Boyueda and other with similar frame design.

** Newer Version 1a got couple decent upgrades: I added Very High Quality Grip Tape, main part is thicker and stronger

Full Standard Set includes: Top flat & middle long part , Adapter for blinkers , All necessary screws , Grip to pick up easier Scoot

** Doesn’t include charging ports adapters

There was not foot rest on my Quickwheel . Now with Pirate set it is perfect . Product was well packed and Price is very good .
+ PROS: The set is full and you don't have to buy a screw . All is include and quality is very good.
- CONS: To say something i wish Pirate send some skate coating because it is a bit slippery .

Excellent foot rest for the price. Quality stainless steel screws provided, strong ABS 3d print, useful rubber grip, very good product overall. Only downside is installation procedure which is not that simple. I found that because of the blinkers adapter wiring tunnels, it was much easier to first install the blinkers on the adaptor, then screw adaptor under the foot plate instead of mounting the whole 3d parts and then try to fit the blinkers with foot rest mounted on the chassis.
+ PROS: Very good quality 3d prints Stainless steel screws
- CONS: Installation not so easy
